Greetings, Ansteorra!

Philippe and I would like to extend our gratitude to everyone who joined us for the Legacy of Lions tournament this weekend. Each and every one of you helped to make the magic that is this event come to its fruition, and bring forth The Dream to many others. If you were not able to join us in our celebration, you missed a truly spectacular event, of which tales will be told for many years.

Thank you to Their Stellar Majesties Aaron and Amelot for joining us. Your Presence made our event so much more than we thought that it could ever be. We were blessed to have you with us as we celebrated the anniversary of our beloved Barony.

Congratulations to our Champions - the Pride of the Lions and Defenders of the Lyonesse:

We apologize, but we did not get the name of the artist selected by Lady Lyonesse, which was the creator of a piece of beautiful blackwork embroidery. Please contact me privately so that we can ensure that your name is entered in our history books.

Well done, all!

There were many hands who labored for many months to ensure that this event was such a glorious experience, and we cannot possibly list them all. Please know that we appreciate the hard work and dedication of each and every one of you. We do, however, want to say a special thanks to the following good gentles, (in no particular order):

Our steward, Lady Elspeth, who did an incredible job of organizing and leading the staff of such a large event with so many activities.
The Lady of the Lion Field, Mistress Lucia, and The Lady Lyonesse, Mistress Radegund for being such gracious and beautiful hostesses.
Mistress Seraphina, who, with her staff, cooked a fantastic feast for all of our friends and family.

Lady Mariana and Lady Bertha, for coordinating the museum showcasing Bjornsborg's rich and tapestried history.
Lord William, who headed up the site setup and take down teams with such aplomb.
Lady Elisava, who not only took such good care of us, but helped to ensure that everything went as smoothly as possible.
Lady Anne, who coordinated the serving of the feast and ensured that everyone was fed with a smile.
Mistress Adelaide, who coordinated gate and ensured that all were made to feel welcome.
Lady Celeste, who, with her decorating crew, made our event look beautiful. From the list field to the stage to the feast hall, this was indeed, a site to behold!
Milord Donald and Milady Elisabeth, who hosted the hospitality pavilion and ensured that our guests not only had shade and comfort but were also well-fed!
Lord Michael Snowden, for making the Beautiful medallions for our champions, who we know will treasure them forever and wear them with pride.
Master Iago and Mistress Lucia, for running a wonderful and very well-received tavern.
Lord Vlad, for coordinating the many marshals that were needed to ensure the safety of the fighters and spectators.
The artisans of Bjornsborg, who donated prizes and gifts for us to present to all, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Both your skills and generosity are legend!

We continue to be humbled by the generosity, strength, and camaraderie of our Barony, our chosen family, Bjornsborg. We are honored to represent you.
