Insignia and Charter Competition at Elfsea Baronial College!!!

Lady Katrine la Escolpiera is hosting a competition for award insignia and
charters.

The Competition:

   - The Crown has an especial need for Sable Talons - insignia and
   charters.
   - By popular acclaim, attendees will select the best Sable Talon regalia
   and best Sable Talon charter. Upon arrival at site, all attendees will each
   receive a gold bead and a black bead.
   - The gold bead will represent your choice for bestSable Talon regalia.
   The black bead will represent your choice for best Sable Talon charter.
   - At 4:00 pm, the "votes" will be tallied. Those entrants with the most
   beads of each class will receive wonderful prizes.
   - All charter and insignia entries will be donated to the Kingdom for
   use.

Remember, a lot of Sable Talons go to those who compete in Chivalric and
Rapier combat. They can be rough on their toys, so make sure that the
insignia you make is reasonably durable.
