Rhiannon's artisan and bard will be held on October 8th.. Themed entries of
German influence or entries that celebrate Loch Soilleir are encouraged but
not required (Single entry) also documentation is encouraged but not
required.  The finest Artists and Bards in the Kingdom have held these
titles, who will be next?
