[Ansteorra] Call to Artisans

Unto all Artisans of Ansteorra,

Their Serpentine Excellencies Cael and Rhiannon will be choosing their
titled artisans, both static and bardic on October 8th.  Themed entries of
German influence or entries that celebrate Loch Soilleir are encouraged but
not required, also documentation is encouraged but not required.  There will
be tables available for the static arts and both competitions are single
entry.
