[Ansteorra] Clarification of Youth Policy

Greetings Ansteorra!

I have received questions regarding our youth policy and I would like to 
make a clarification. If you are running/organizing youth activities at 
an event, you must be within seeing and hearing distance of the 
activities at all times. Please keep this in mind when deciding the 
location of children's activities. If you have any questions regarding
