Just a point here.
 
Kingdom Law says:
 Subsection 2: 
Event ClassesA. 
There are three classes of “Society events” in the kingdom:1. A 
Kingdom Calendar Event is a gathering sponsored by an officially recognized branch of the kingdom that is listed in advance on the official kingdom calendar of events. The date, time, and place of the event must be published in advance in the Black Star, and one or more warranted officers of the sponsoring group must be present and responsible for the conduct of the event....
 
 
In addition it says:
 B. Formal actions and announcements with long-term impact on the Society may occur only at Kingdom Calendar Events.
 
I can see where the fact that notice of this protected and reoccuring Kingdom event was not published in the Blackstar could cause some issues.

  Come to Laurel's Prize Tourney, Saturday, August 25th in the Shire of Ffynnon Gath.

    

  The ads for the event did not make it to the Kingdom Chronicler so the event ad is NOT in the Black Star. Please help us spread the word that Laurel's Prize Tourney is happening in Ffynnon Gath.



  Ffynnon Gath has a new hall and we have plans for a wonderful 
sideboard luncheon which is included in the site fee. Come join us as an
artisan or come visit and chat with the artisans and find a new 
interest.

  

Artisans are requested to pre-register for table space with Mistress Melisende, Kingdom Minister of Arts and Sciences by August 23rd, 2012.? You must include the following information:
                        

                          Title - Name of the Entry


                          SCA/Modern Name of Entrant

                          Amount of Table Space Requested
