[Ansteorra] [Ansteorra-announce] ISO New Insignia

Both of these awards were created at Steppes Artisan by TRM Hrafn and
Elizabeta. They are both non-armigerous, and are analogues to the
Sable Falcon, Queen's Rapier, King's Archer, and Golden Bridle. They
are both given for the reasons noted by HL Delphina, particularly for
recognizing acts which might not in themselves meet the threshold for
their armigerous cousins the Thistle or Crane. I have sent the award
constitutions and texts to the Kingdom Chronicler for inclusion into
the Black Star, and the official constitution and texts documents will
be updated shortly. I will make the links to those documents available
on the list once they're updated, as to avoid cluttering up inboxes at
this time.
