[Ansteorra] Titles in the directory and changed offices

Ansteorra,
We are limited in the amount of pages that we have in the mailed Black Star.  To that end I am going to remove titles from the directory in an effort to condense it, with the exception of the crown.  If you can help me by removing extra info, let me know at kingdom at chronicler@ansteorra.org.

This is also a good time to send me your office changes if you are a new officer.
