[Ansteorra] Underage Participation In The SCA

I would only like to add that in some places the Children play a part in the 
game we play - and I don’t mean children activities.
I can only speak for Bjornsborg, but we have a large group of 10-17 year 
olds who water bear, serve feasts, and work for our Barony.
They have been recognized for their service, with gifts from Their 
Excellencies, or Awards.
I think if we were to cut the "children" out of the game, we might find 
something lacking in our game in the end.

At the risk of sounding like a parrot, I'm just going to have to agree
with Tivar.  Our household routinely had kids at events and if we were
told we could not bring them, we'd probably stop playing to a large
degree. We have three adults in the household that are willing and
able to provide childcare and it would hinder our game to an amazing
degree.  I can't imagine what it would do to those who are not as
fortunate as we are.
