I saw people smoking at a site, in front of a No Smoking sign, and I also
knew this was illegal.

Was I "expected" to report that.

An unsupervised child, I believe is a violation of kingdom law. Would you
report other violations like that?

There is nothing inherently wrong with a child and an adult going into a
tent.

Two-deep? Is that kingdom law? Again, same question.
