[Ansteorra] iso european dancers ??

One of the reasons I would think it would be difficult to award a Eurodance
title is that they are all (I believe) group dances, needing at least four
people. How would you choose a single person as a winner? The number of
people needed, and the requirement of multiples of two, four, or six, is
probably also one of the contributing factors towards its drop in
popularity. As far as garb goes, if you were competing I guess you should
have late period (=expensive) garb, but at K A&S there were people in early
garb, late garb, and a couple of newcomers. I don't think the basic steps
are hard to learn. Doing them with skill, grace, and panache, well, that's
another story :) As to the Lords vs Ladies, we had 3, I think, Lords out
of a groups that varied from 8-12 dancers.
