And are you a prime-time griller?

There is a War coming up where you can score some bragging rights and some
nifty prizes!!!

The Knowne Worlde Barbeque Championship Cook-Off is ready to try your
stuff! There are many categories, and I'd like to take a moment to
introduce the newest Categories:

WINGS!!!
All things Wings-- grill 'em, fry 'em, smoke 'em, roast 'em-- how do you
like your wings? We want to try them your way!! No limit to the ways they
can be cooked. Sauce them in your favorite stuff-- or don't use sauce at
all!
To enter only requires 15 pounds of Wings. You may use propane, charcoal,
wood or a deep fryer-- we don't care!! Just enter and win the title of the
Best Wings in the Worlde!

Court-Yard Grillers!!
Cook a mean burger? How about bacon-wrapped scallops or wood-plank salmon?
Hot dogs done right? Home-made sausages, or Polish dawgs? Portobellos with
crab remoulade? Jerked Chicken? We want to see what you've got! Anything
that you can grille on a grille-- Hibachi or bigger-- goes. Smoke it,
grille it, roast it on a stick over a campfire: this is a no-holds-barred
cook-off for the best dish from a grille! Charcoal, propane, wood-- just
grill it! Again, only 15 pounds of food to enter.

There will be SAUCES!! A prize for the best sauce for your entry!! Only
requirement is 1) an entry into any food category. and 2) NO commercial
sauces, please. Make your own sauce. And we can tell, too, so really, do
something special!

Of course, the Big Three Categories are open to all, but with restrictions:
Beef, Pork ,and "Other". These entries MUST be smoked (NOT grilled), have
at least 30 pounds of meat per entry, and must be *smoked* with wood or
charcoal. Propane is specifically disqualified.

There will be Best Heraldry and Best Presentation (to the Judges) as well--
and everything carries some pretty neat prizes, and bragging rights.

The Overall Winner gets the best stuff, of course-- and it's really good
this year <G>. Well worth fighting for!

So if you think you have a gift of the grille, now is the time to prove it
to everyone!
