[Ansteorra] Some period recipes using beer

Since so many folks seemed to like the modern recipe at Crown for easy  
bread made with beer, it occurred to me that some folks might be  
interested in the fact that there were period recipes that also used  
beer as an ingredient, and this is in addition to all the bread that  
was made using beer lees as the leavening agent.
