[Ansteorra] battle of nations

The American national team is planning to have a practice for the Battle of the Nations during Gulf War.  It won't be on site because we'll be doing a bunch of stuff that's not kosher by SCA rules.  I'm pushing to ensure the practice doesn't conflict with any heavy war point battles.
