[Ansteorra] Participation vs. Recruitment

For both recruitment and participation, the key might have been said above.  If people come because a "friend" invited them, then they might be looking for more friends or at least people with the same interests whether at the kingdom or local level.
 
A smile, a nod, an extra seat available, and open circle-- all of these are invitations to stay and play.  Try them, you might be surprised.
