[Ansteorra] Ribbon/Garter Insignia "Warp-in" at Candlemas

Would this also be an opportunity to try weaving?  I've see a lot of it
being done but I don't know if it is something I want to invest the money
in.  But I am fascinated by Inkle weaving.  :)  Thanks!
