[Ansteorra] pavilion stakes

I have used loose washers held in place by an inch or so of clear
tubing pushed up the stake below the washer. 5 years now with the same
set of stakes, so it does keep them together. Not the most attractive
solution, but you can't even see it when they're in the ground. And
let's face it, if you were going for looks, galvanized nails and
washers wouldn't be the first choice either ;)
