[Ansteorra] ROUND TABLE schedule has been posted

A correction: The 'Regional/Kingdom Herald's Meeting' should be the
Herald's Warranting Class. That correction apparently didn't make the
published schedule.

To Recap for Heraldic Matters:

9-10 - Heraldic Decision Mtg
10-11:30 - Herald's Warranting Class
1-2:30 - Herald's Planning Meeting
