Lake Charles has I-10 down to one lane past the first I-10/210 split.
Advise taking 210 around.

There is a lot of road construction on I-10 near Baton Rouge,
especially near the I-10/I-12 split.
Expect up to a two-hour delay (worse case).

It took Seraphina and I twelve hours from San Antonio, but we stopped
at Wal-Mart in Picayune, so subtract 30 minutes from that. Still,
longer than usual.

It will depend, of course, on what time of day you're traveling.
