[Ansteorra] Any Weavers *NOT* at Gulf War???

I am not familiar with that specific loom, but you how many ends per inch are you planning on using and what pick wound are you planning on for the fabric?
Silk will work but it requires more care when weaving than cotton or wool.
Unless you are planning on hand manipulating the sheds you will need 4 harnesses to make the twill.

I have a Spears Weaving Loom Size 4 that I am wanting to use to weave some
silk twill for an embroidery project.  Don't know if it is possible on this
thing, but I think I will be willing to try.  However, the flicker pages I
have found the the instruction manual doesn't say anything about silk
thread, it talks about purl cotton...  not sure this is a good or bad thing.
