[Ansteorra] Steppes Warlord - Artisan Row

Artisans are welcome to sell pieces of their art, but they need to remember that they will need to pay the merchant fee if they sell.
$10 for outside, $20 for in the Hall. I am sure that most artisans could easily make enough to cover the fee.This is in order to be fair to the merchants who are coming to sell their wares.
