I'll be teaching a class at King's College on making homemade
bacon. History, types, cuts of meat and cures will be discussed
as well as hands on mixing of a cure, applying it to a slab of
pork belly and students take some home to roast in oven or
smoker.

Class limit of 10 hands on & more can watch (meaning I'm bringing
around 10 lbs of pork belly for people to play with and take home).
