[Ansteorra] Tower Improvement Project Travel Plans

We will be leaving on the 13th as well. I suppose there is an office to check in and pay? Will we all be camping by the gate area? We will also be there to help the whole weekend too. What type of tools should we bring? There is no real backseat to our truck but I will happily run errands for the group.
