From reading the information I would not agree with that assessment.
Fund raising for Stump removal, repairs to the Ansteorran gate - both
benefit anyone who attends Gulf War and camps on Ansteorran lands. It
does not benefit only a chosen or select few.
This is vastly different than someone raising money that is going to a
specific person for their personal use and benefit.
I do see where it might be a good idea to get clarification and have a
concise statement of the rules and expectations.

Thank you Daniel. Don't forget that all notices regarding the
fundraising for removal of stumps at the Gulf Wars site as well as
repairs to the Ansteorran gate are also items where using the SCA
lists would benefit private land/individuals and should be on this
list per the stated 'rule.'
I'd like to see the documentation/rulings where by the inurement rule
is being referenced for moderation issues on SCA run lists. One would
think that if that is the policy being used, the Kingdom Exchequer
would be in the list of people to contact with questions.
