[Ansteorra] Anti-Spam Server Rules

Greetings Ansteorra,

If you send a public announcement to the Ansteorran List and it has more than one recipient, chances are good that it
will not make it to the list until it has went through an approval process.  This can delay your post for a short time
or it can prevent it altogether if the moderator misses it or the server deletes it.

To prevent this from happening to you, please only put one recipient in any message that you wish to post to a list that
is hosted by Ansteorra.  The extra time that it requires you to post separate messages will ensure that your message
doesn't get filtered by every list that you posted it to.  These filters are in place to prevent you from having to deal
with the spam that our lists routinely receive and are there for your protection.
