To Whom it May Concern, (to be frank I have no idea)

My Husband and I submitted our devices at Gulfwar this year, and I being so caught up in school upon return never did file the copy with the local herald. Therefore we have heard nothing regarding their status. 

Could someone kindly direct me on how to follow up at this point?
