Looking over the plans for the rapier tournament, 
I have a question. In the melee bear pit, it says:

"Melee Bear Pit
Team totals to no more than 8 points from the 
next people in line. Points are determined by:
5 – Royal family or current/former Queen’s champions
4 – White scarf or equiv or Chivalry
3 – Cadets or Centurions
2 – Anyone with a combat award
1 – All others "

Are those points cumulative, or do you simply 
count the highest? For example, I get five points 
as a former Queen's champion, another four as a 
White Scarf, two more for my Queen's Rapier, and 
possibly two more as a former holder of the 
Queen's Blade of Honor. That means I have either 
eleven or thirteen points, out of a possible eight to join a team.

Or maybe I should just marshal? (I was planning to help with that anyway.)

(Wait, does my Sable Thistle in Rapier Research 
count for two more points? If so, I'm almost to 
the point where I could be *two* teams, and fight 
against myself in the Bear Pit. <G>)
