[Ansteorra] Crown Coronets

The oversized crowns are either kept with the regalia the Crown has, or more likely, since not in regular use, with the Kingdom Chatalain, or with the Kingdom Historian.   
 
They were on display with the Ansteorran History archives at the Ansteorran Anniversary event a few years back, held at the Canton site, near Steppes - it was a great display, an amazing step back in time.

Don't recall if they were really that heavy, but they were so large in size, that on William the Bear, and being a tall of stature fellow, they actually looked sorta ok on him.  But, on most other folks they were huge, which also caused the crowns center of gravity to be off-kilter so they couldn't be worn well, without falling of everytime the wearer turned their head, which also caused some damage to them that had to be repaired.
 
They are impressive, but not really functional.

These were a set of VERY large and ornate crowns that were made several
years ago, and as far as I recall, were not used very often due to their
weight.
