If you have a cell phone, you can also donate ten dollars by texting the word "Redcross" to 90999. They will send you a reply text to confirm your donation. The ten dollars is then added to your phone bill at the end of the month.

The donated items brought to the regional fighter practice are not going to redcross, they will be going directly to one of the on site relief effort groups that is on site right now.

If you do not wish to use the text method but dont have items to bring to the practice, I will have a donation jar for the redcross specifically on saturday. 

Long story short, there are many ways to help, and anything or any amount will be appreciated.

Greetings, 
Sympathies go out to those who have lost family or friends, and homes/jobs in the recent West, Tx tragedy.  
 
In listening to the radio this morning, the Red Cross Rep said what they really need, in lieu of donated items, is cash that can be used directly in the care of those in need and given as vouchers directly to those in need to help them purchase things, that can be found in the near community stores.   
 
If you are not near the area and not able to go to the Regional Fighter Practice, but wish to help, consider these options below.  To donate to these following, be sure to specify for 'West, TX Relief Funds'.
