[Ansteorra] Last Minute Outlands Battlemoor Reminders!

As  you are packing for Battlemoor IV, please take a moment to read these  
reminders: 
-Drive  slowly on the gravel and dirt roads near site…Observe speed limit 
signs!  Though there has been rain recently, observing the speed limit will 
help keep  dust down. 
-Local  Fire Restrictions are subject to change at any time prior to or 
during the  event. Only propane stoves and lanterns with on – off switches are 
allowed and  must be attended at all times. A fire extinguisher must be 
available at each camp using such a  device.  
-Do  Not  toss cigarette butts on the ground. Anyone caught doing so may be 
asked to leave  the site. 
-We will be camping on private land, welcomed by a wonderful  family, treat 
their home well. There are several permanent structures, they are  not part 
of the event and must not be entered or tampered with in any  way. 
-There may be, probably…ok, there will certainly be insects…flies,  
mosquitoes, the so called no-see-ums. Insect repellant might be a good thing to  
pack. 
-The site is at nearly 7000. Please be aware of that if you are  used to a 
lower altitude. Also remember to stay hydrated, use sunscreen and have  fun! 
-There will be showers on site. Please inquire near the Kiva  Han! 
-An ice vendor does plan on being on site! 10 lb bags will be  available 
for $4.00. There will be morning and late afternoon runs around the  site, 
beginning Wednesday evening and ending Sunday morning.   
-There is no family cap in the price structure. The Outlandish  Herald does 
mention one, but it is a misprint. Please refer to the web site for  event 
fees.
