Please pass the word, for those not attending War of Ages or Rapiers and Romance, I am running my annual Dyer's Weekend.      It is halfway between the two events (North/South), so consider seeing if someone traveling to/from one of the events will drop you off along the way...

All-Weekend Dyeing Workshop

RSVP REQUIRED. No dyeing experience required. Non-SCA friends welcome. Experienced dyers welcome to take charge of running a dye vat.

COST: Donations welcome. Estimate about $10/dyer.
FOOD: Buy-in meal plan. Please let me know any allergies/restrictions.
LOCATION:  513 Margaret Lee St, Copperas Cove, TX 76522
SLEEP: Local hotels or crash space - I have the house all to myself!!  Lots of bed/cot space.
HEALTH HAZARDS: Cats in house, some dyeing outdoors, chemicals, hot water. Dress/medicate appropriately.

AGENDA:
Friday evening: Setup & Fiber Prep.
Saturday, 8am-noon: Mordant, 
noon-5pm: Dyebaths
5pm-7pm: Post-mordant, 
7-10pm: Build color "wheel".
Sunday morning-afternoon : Special Projects: Over-dyeing, cloth processing, raw wool cleaning/dyeing. 
Sunday afternoon-evening: Take-down from drying line.
