Greetings, Ansteorra!

I have enjoyed reading the recent conversation that everyone has been
sharing concerning newcomers, and am very excited to see the many ideas
shared for recruiting and retention.
I charge you all to keep this conversation positive, and keep the
suggestions coming!

One way that we can all help to ensure that our newcomers are
well-integrated is to volunteer to participate in the mentor program.
Please see your local or regional hospitaler (or feel free to contact me
directly) with any questions.

If you are a newcomer, and feel that you need some extra help in
integrating to your group, then I would ask that you seek out your local
hospitaler, and/or Baron and Baroness, (if available), as they have
volunteered as part of their offices to help to guide you.
