[Ansteorra] How do I find Registration number?

Since Claire and I registered in one ACCEPS transaction, we only have one
confirmation number.  Also, I am not sure how this works in ACCEPS, but in
other credit card systems that number can be used to access transaction
details so I don't want to put it in an unsecured database.

Since one does not need to pre-register at all, I guess I can just leave
that blank.
