Perhaps an abbreviated list of the Acceps link and the Muster link could be put on the Ansteorran website page, or a 'Latest News' page, or such.  
Took me a while digging through archived posts to find the link (thanks Haraldr for the corrected link) so I could sign up after registering on Acceps.
