for Estella War 2014 [xxxx]. Please choose a different one from each list
for your first, second, and third choices. The top three will be considered
from each list. Then their Majesties of the Kingdom of Atenveldt, and the
Kingdom Minister of Arts and Sciences, will make the final decision. Once
the three are decided they will be announced at Estrella War xxix [2013] at
