I also would like to take the classes from Tivar if it could lead to
becoming an authorized Marshall ... I would also like to renew my
Non-Combatant authorization (which I noticed does not appear on the new,
downloadable authorization cards).

Thank you for the response Tivar. 

Would someone else be so kind if they are an authorizing Marshall and will
be present to speak up? Other than My Lord's desire to come out to fight I
will only be taking off work to attend if I can renew my authorizations. If
not my time is best spent adding to the coffers for war. ;-) I have my eye
on a shiney new drum this year.

The class will cover both styles of melees. I'm afraid I'm not an 
authorizing marshal, but I expect *somebody* at the event could do 
that for you.
