I wish to invite you to attend my class on making a  Mustard sauce. We will
discuss several ingredients and how to simple prepare your own mustard
sauce.

Mustard sauce a condiment was found in many cultures from early Rome to
across Europe.  Sauce ranged from savory to sweet used  with a variety of
meats and vegetables. This class will have the opportunity to explore a
variety of ingredients while making mustard sauce. Participants will be
able to sample  several mustards and make their own sample recipe to take
away.
