[Ansteorra] Crown lists

Thank you Detlef for posting these details of Crown.   
 
In earlier days, heralds of Ansteorra used to post the list of awards granted at events they attended or were in office at; so those of us not able to attend knew what had occurred.      Perhaps this is a tradition worth reviving.
