[Ansteorra] Historians website

The historians website was compromised and had to be removed.   A backup
copy of all files on the server and a website copy of the wiki using a site
copier has been saved.

The information from the wiki will be restored slowly over the next several
months.   But there is almost a gb of data to wade through.
