[Ansteorra] Wanting to move to Austin

I have noticed some opportunities is Austin that do not exist elsewhere.
 It seems to be a large savings if you have lived in Texas for a year when
you go to the university.

I am trying to figure out what the best path is.  It seems to just be
getting more and more irritating to live this city that is so
bike-unfriendly as well.
