[Ansteorra] Steppes Artisan Pre-registration is now open!!!

Greetings!! Steppes Artisan is growing close! Saturday, July 20th is the date for the new Steppes Artisan to be chosen. Space will be limited, so Pre-registration is required. Each artisan competing will be limited to one table and will have space for one dress form, if needed.
 
Steppes Artisan is a body of work competition, but this does not require that you bring your entire body of work, simply representative items from it. Documentation is required, but need not be extensive. The judges will speak with you during the day and will ask you questions about your work. 
 
You will be required to sit with your display during judging hours, or have someone who is knowledgeable about your display to cover for you if you need a short break. There will be a lunch break provided.
 
To pre-register, please send an email to HL Lyneya de Grey at sueorintx at hotmail.com and include the following information:
 
Legal name
SCA name
Group you belong to, i.e. Steppes, Bjornsborg, etc
Your email address
A phone number where you can be reached (especially in the hours before the event, in case there is a problem)
A brief description of what you will be displaying (so that I don't have incredibly similar displays next to each other)
Any special requirements, i.e. electrical outlets, windows, etc
 
That being said, I do not believe that the hall that we will be using has windows. While there is plenty of wall space, I don't believe that it will be possible to hang anything on those walls. Please provide your own display racks, etc. If any of this changes, I will make an announcement on the email list, facebook page, etc.
 
There will be limited space for display only participants, however, in the event that we have need of those tables for competitors, the display only tables will be used for them. Display only participants should also pre-register with the same information submitted as the competitors, along with "Display Only" in the special requirements area.
