[Ansteorra] Artisans of the Fort and Raven's Tourney--a gimmick to integrate A&S with martial

many moons ago, Bordermarch held a tourney called Courtiers and Cut throats. Not sure how the "courtiers" side went but the cut throat side was thieving, bardic, and fighting.
