slightly less faint hope that someone here would know.  He gave his
address as being in the Austin area.

This may be a long shot, given registration in 1986, but I'm looking
for Kendrick de Fraser, for permission to conflict with his device:
"Per fess engrailed argent and purpure, a demi-unicorn sable issuant
from the line of division"

My proposed badge is (Fieldless) a demi-unicorn couped sable embrued
gules.  If anyone can put me in touch with this gentle I would
appreciate it.
