[Ansteorra] Feast for Queens

It looks like everyone who did ACCEPS -- except one -- also bought the
feast, so it is proving very popular. ACCEPS *IS* our reservation system so
we are not set up to accept reservations for those who did not use ACCEPS.
Sorry.

We still have quite a few left though. We expect to have about *half as
many feasts* as the number of people we expect to register at gate.
Normally that would be enough but with this very popular feast we DO expect
to sell out at some point.
