Canton and goes up to the Canton exit. It brings the highway down to
one lane only. The amount of time necessary to get through it would be
solely dependent on the amount of traffic. It could take several
minutes up through several hours.

I would imagine that during the day the traffic would be lighter; but
remember, it will be hard to judge since this a holiday weekend.
Traffic will not follow normal patterns.

How bad is the construction..is this an afternoon rush hour issue or
will it
slow down those of us lucky enough to have Friday off work?

There is construction on I-20 going into Canton from the West
(northwest) after Terrell.

It has been suggested that the best route from the Dallas/Ft. Worth and
other western routes would be to stay on 80 when it splits from 20 in
Terrell. This will send you through several small towns on your way to
Highway 64. Take highway 64 =96 South to Canton. This will put you into
Canton on the =93back=94 side (nearest the big pavilions) of the site from
gate.

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you this coming weekend.
