[Ansteorra] Blackstar Error

Greetings,

I would greatly appreciate for changes to the Black Star be sent to
chronicler at ansteorra.org; the populace at large cannot make changes to the
directory (and neither can the Kingdom Webminister, come to that) and this
seems like a peculiar way to direct things to my attention.

However, in this case the point is moot, as regional officers are no longer
listed in the Black Star (for the express reason that officers were not
updating information, thus it was getting unusefully behind) as of the July
Black Star, which went online a month ago, so I believe the information
that was brought to Baron Pooky's attention is, itself, out of date.

If this was meant for the website, then I apologize, but as the subject
line mentioned the Black Star, I assumed it was meant for the newsletter.
 That said, I don't think the populace mailing list is really a good venue
for website change requests, either, really.
