[Ansteorra] List field requirements

I am in the process of converting my event handbook into an online
resource.   One of the points I did not originally include were list field
requirements.   I am looking for ideal and minimal settings for archery.
 Heavy. Chivalric and equestrian activities.  This will aid future stewards
in evaluating new event sites for usability
