[Ansteorra] Mail shirt for a Really Big Man

I need a mail shirt.

My shoulders are a full 24" across, from point to point, then arms.

My chest is around 60".

Where can I get a mail shirt?  How much for it and how long to deliver?
Any help?  Sir Owen?  Sir John, maybe?  Ulstead is probably too small but
close.
