[Ansteorra] Bryn Gwlad Baronial event. Food for Fightting is Fighting

  Fighting is Fighting is a collegium event for dismounted close combat with both the late period "light" armor and the earlier period "heavy armor. It is to be hosted by the Barony of Bryn Gwlad, and run by the Centurions and Dons of Ansteorra.            This event will give attendees a chance to learn from first tier masters of the art of SCA combat. 
We are The Black Unicorn Tavern and we'll be on site all day Friday and Saturday serving up tasty and tempting food so you don't have to miss any of the awesome classes and learning opportunities. It's looking like we'll be doing breakfast burritos for the morning repast on both Friday and Saturday. They'll have potatoes, egg, cheese and bacon or sausage. We'll have coffee, water and tea all day. For the gluten intolerant, we're going to have options available. 
Lunch will be burgers and hot dogs both Friday and Saturday.
Dinner for one night will be a Roman meal (Friday) and the other will be Greek (Saturday).
On Friday, the Roman feast will consist of;  Breads and butter, Barley soup, Roast chicken with couscous dressing, Herbed roast beef, String beans with chick peas, and Savillum (a roman cheesecake with ricotta and honey) for dessert. On Saturday, the Greek feast will include; Breads and butter, Domas (stuffed grape leaves), Lentil soup, Roast chicken with vegetable orzo, Herbed Roast pork loin, Spinach with garlic and mint, Pasta with zucchini and caper sauce and ending with Baklava for dessertWe're encouraging everyone to pre purchase for the event so that we have a better idea of how much to cook and we've partnered with event bright to do so. When we first set this up, apparently there was an additional fee being charged to use the site.
