[Ansteorra] Heraldry submissions at Gulf Wars

Just a note about heraldic submissions at Gulf Wars -- I know there was
some confusion about payments. I have a stack of submissions and will be
contacting each submitter to clarify payment arrangements. Later today or
tomorrow I will also be publishing a list of the people from whom I've
received payments, so that if yours is NOT on that list we can try to track
it down.

I've been planning on doing this since GW but have been focused on getting
the April internal letter out. It just occurred to me that it would be
helpful for people to know what was going to happen even if I couldn't take
the time to actually do it yet. Sorry I didn't think of this last week!
